| Same company as above is looking to hire an Associate Consumer Market Research Manager. Will be involved with both primary and secondary consumer market research projects. This position is on mature brands. Person hired will support the work of a full Market Research Manager and be expected to handle many projects simultaneously. Will help support the Market Research Department's overall objective of convincing Brand Management to consider all consumer market research results (primary and secondary) before setting brand marketing strategies. Will help Market Research Dept. managers in finding ways to position current brands so that they become highly competitive in the minds of the consumer. Candidates are required to have a B.S./B.A. degree and prefer an MBA in Marketing or a M.S. in a social science. All candidates must have 4-7 years of relevant consumer market research experience, or which 3+ years must be with a consumer packaged goods marketing company. Must have primary market research (focus groups) experience as well as seconday market research experience. Must have syndicated market research exposure (databases from ACNielsen, I.R.I., Spectra, etc.).
